Q: What is required to install Aestiva Expense Report?
A: This Expense Report Software system installs into any intranet. The product requires only a Web server (such as IIS or Apache). The product includes its own open database (Aestiva Array) which can send its information to an SQL server, but this is not a requirement for operation. For additional information please speak to your Aestiva Account Coordinator.

Q: Can I have a 100% outsourced solution, like a SaaS?
A: Yes. You can outsource the complete system. Prices start at about $150 per month plus the one-time cost of Aestiva's Expense Report Software.

Q: Why don't you charge a rental fee like other Expense Report companies?
A: We do not charge annual rental fees because we're a Business Process Automation firm. Although it is common in the expense report industry to change annually recurring fees for software, that is not the case in our industry. Instead, we charge a one-time fee and, after the first year, we charge an optional maintenance fee. Costs are 80% less, in the long-term.
